Hodge podge of Rainbow Honey polishes.

I had tried to do some nail art last night but didn't really like how it looked so I stopped. So I had 8 unpainted nails and would need to remove the nail art before I could paint everything. Today I decided to try out some stuff.

Here's two of the March Mystery Bag colors. The third one appears later. 

That's a blurry picture of Lemon Honey. It's a one or two coater and isn't sheer! 

There's Kozmic Blues, it's going to be in the future Galaxy II set. It's a two or three coater. 

That's Magic Cake over Sinful Colors Snow Me White. Magic Cake is from the Summer of 199x collection. I love that collection and have almost all of the colors now. The 3 that I'm missing are Pink Cloud, Lumine Hall and I Miss You. I really want Pink Cloud and Lumine Hall but could skip I Miss You. It's a glitter topper but with larger shaped glitters in it whereas Pink Cloud and Lumine Hall are colors that can be worn alone. The colors I have in the collection are The Kraken (love and need a 2nd bottle), Mint Flavor (I also might need a 2nd of this one), Tessie (I have 2 full size bottles of this), Magic Cake, Fire spring, Apple Kid (might need a 2nd but I have lots of similar pinks so I could skip that lol) and Tiny Ruby (this is the only one I bought a mini of because I'm not a huge fan of red). Magic Cake is.... Idk. It's a neon metallic glitter topper. I thought that it was green glitter in a clear base but when I got my bottle, the green looked yellow and the base is tinted. I don't know if it's because the green/yellow glitter leaked... I can not think of what it's called when this happens. But when I put it on the white polish, it changed the white polish to a dirty looking off white base. But the yellow does look more green now. So I don't know if I like it or not. This was something I was really looking forward to but then wasn't excited when I got it. 

Here is the third March Mystery Bag color, Crystal Sword. The one in the middle. It's a pink base with lots of glitter. There's bar, hexes, squares and then butterflies in it. The ring finger is Crystal sword by itself and then I wanted to try it out on top of two different pinks. The pinky finger is the light pink from the Valentine's Mystery Bag called Lady In Pink and the middle finger is Apple Kid. 

Here is Crystal Sword over them. The ring finger was two coats, mainly to get more glitter on there and I dabbed the butterfly on there. The middle finger has one coat and I didn't dab the butterfly on then. The base of Crystal Sword is lost over Apple Kid which is nice because then you get the color of Apple Kid with the glitter from Crystal Sword. The pinky also has one coat of Crystal Sword and it changes the base color completely here and I like how this looks compared to Crystal Sword by itself. 

There's my attempt at nail art. Moving on. I put My Love over Lemon Honey and one of my nail art fingers. My Love has a golden shimmer and is perfect for Lemon Honey I think. I got 4 hearts on my brush with my first try. I went with 3 on the index finger and put the fourth one on my middle finger. Then I dipped the brush just to get some of the shimmer and glitter onto the nail. The colors I used was Tessie as a base then I used a fan brush dipped in Sinful Colors Pistache and Garden Party to try to recreate a look I had seen on another bloggers page but the colors didn't work I don't think. 

Buuuuuuuut then I put Deep Heart Sea over the ring finger and now it reminds me of an underwater scene with the green looking like seaweed. I don't have a picture of that yet because I didn't make that connection until now. Plus I was just trying to get lots of glitter on my nail and trying to get the base of Deep Heart Sea on the nail that most of the green polish seaweed is lost. Oops. 

I didn't put any top coat on these nails because I plan on removing it all so that gives me an opportunity to give an opinion on the smoothness factor of all the glitters I tried out. For the most part everything is smooth enough that it's not completely annoying and probably wouldn't snag on stuff. The hearts and butterflies aren't even sticking up anywhere that I can find. I would still use top coat on everything because I love the ultra smooth feel of top coat plus I'm super rough on my nails when I'm at work. 

Organization!

We're going to start a huge organization project over the summer and I am very excited for it. It'll take us a long time to finish it, if we ever do. BUT..... We have a plan and here it is.

We packed our stuff up in January 2014 in boxes and some are labeled and others are not. We packed everything up without knowing that it would all be packed into a barn and that we would need later access to everything. So now boxes are open and then boxes are on top of other boxes and so there's boxes that are caving in. I don't know if things are getting broken or not. I also know there's stuff I can throw away. Stuff I was going to throw away last year but it ended up getting moved with us. I found a box the other day that had bathroom items in it. Some of that stuff has expiration dates on it. I'm sure I could throw those away. Some of it I could be using right now and save money that way. 

So once we're a little caught up on bills (we're completely maxed out right now on credit cards, I paid our phones late last month and we have no money for food right now) so yeah.... J's first paycheck will be on the 19th and so it'll be about 6 weeks before we're a little caught up. Once that happens, we want to buy storage containers and repack our stuff. I don't know what color of tote (or size) I want for books but I want all my books to have the same color tote. I want each room to have its own color. Well at least kitchen stuff should have its own color. My holiday stuff are in totes right now. But they don't match. I have halloween in a Halloween tote (purple and black) but christmas is in two different color totes and they're not christmas colors either. I don't think. One of them could be I suppose? But I want the Christmas ones to match. I want J's stuff to have one color or two. He could do movies and video games in color and then collectible stuff in one color. He could even do Hulk items in green and the other stuff in a 4th type of tote. He has other collectible/decorative items. Like his golf balls and our collection of shot glasses. 

We also want to clean out a barn stall and start stacking the totes on one side of it. Maybe also we can rearrange our furniture. Well the furniture that we have left. Two of our couches were throw away last month. Huge sad face here. Our pool table is probably going to be too damaged to keep by the time we move. So yeah.... We might try to organize that too so that maybe furniture is all in one stall and then we can put the totes in there. If we run out of room, we can start putting totes into the other stall.

Of course I'll take pictures!! I'll also have a list of what's in the totes. Maybe in a separate post so that if you want to read my lists, you can. But if it bores you, you could skip it. I just want to create an online list so that I know what everything is. 

It's time for bed. I'm waking up at 7 am and I am not even effing tired. This is what happened Saturday night and I took a 2nd sleeping pill! I got 3 hours of sleep that night. I hate hate hate my body.

I've been missing, I know, I'm sorry.

I've painted my nails many times, don't worry.. But last night and tonight I started searching for family histories of my family and the family of a lady who owned my grandparents old house. They owned it from 88-94. The lady who owned it was Helen Clyde Lewis Lato. Her parents, the Lewis's built it in 1912. In 1917 helen started keeping a daily diary. She wrote nearly every day from 1917-1954. There are SEVENTEEN diaries that were donated to the Palm beach historical society... And I can go and look at them for 20 dollars a day. I am so doing this. I would love to get to her views on everything on her house, her life, her dancing, her friends and family, maybe her future husband (Anthony j Lato), lake worth, hurricanes, major news events... I can't wait. Maybe over the summer.

Last month Zoya had a promotion where you pick out 3 full size polishes and they would send you 3 mystery minis. You just paid the shipping charge of $15. Their full size bottles are $9 each and the minis are $5 each. So $42 worth of polish for $15??? Yes please. 

I picked out Harper, Muse and Dream. I love these colors!!

The mystery mini colors? Eh not so much. They're kind of boring. I might use one of them but probably not the other two. The colors are Severine, Anais (this is the one I might use) and Charlotte. 

You should be able to zoom in and read the colors. I've used Harper and Dream already. They were on my nails for 8 (9?) days!!!!

It also turns out that those 3 mystery colors (that were never sold in their store before!) were actually from New York Fashion Week. They were "leftovers". I might use Severine if I ever need a sparkly gold nail polish. But Charlotte? It's such a boring beige creme! I'll never wear it. I could probably sell all 6 Zoya Minis for like $20. I have 3 from the Cyber Monday special that I wasn't very fond of either. 

Oh no!

I was trying to edit my Rainbow Honey subscription tonight. I canceled it with the intention of signing back up once I figured out where the money was coming from. I got cash and went to the bank and deposited it just so I could sign back up. I went to sign up again and it's closed! I don't know if I can get the March bag or not. I emailed asking if I can get back in. I hope so. 

My February order should be here tomorrow! I'm so excited for it. I'm getting a Pomme Rouge cuticle balm. I love the PR scent and love the cranberry sangria cuticle balm I have so I should love this new one. 

I should finish some of the posts I have started. The Internet is fast again here so I can upload lots of pictures now. 

I have lots of pictures from the street painting festival. I have our February picture. Our January picture is a funny one too. I should add it.

I've been having some crazy muscle pains in my legs the past few days. On Tuesday night my calves were so sore. Then Wednesday they were fine but my upper leg muscles were sore. Both legs and front and back of my legs. It all felt stretched. Only when I was sitting though. If I was standing or walking, it was fine for the most part. Bending down in pharmacy hurt a bit. Then driving home Wednesday and Thursday was horrible. I was nearly in tears. Today I woke up and my muscles in my ankles were sore, same thing, they felt stretched. I worked 8-545 and was standing and walking all day and everything was fine. Now that I'm home and sitting, my muscles hurt again. It just feels like they're stretching. And it hurts. 

I had some fruit on the way to work today and it was so yummy. Publix had this little fruit platter made up and it was only $2.99. It was red and green apples, strawberries and green grapes. All of which I love. It was just enough for me too. I'll definitely buy more in the future. 

My mom's been working on these new dog bandanas and they're awesome. They go on their collars instead of snapping or tying around their necks. Kreasy wore his for 4 or 5 days. I think I took it off yesterday. He has a Hulk one. 

Oh! While we were in Lake Worth, we had to stop at Bud's. We went when we were leaving on Sunday. It was so good, the chicken fingers and corn fritters had just been made. 

I want to make a trip over there JUST TO EAT MORE BUD'S. 

I ran out of OPI Nail Envy and I don't have any money to buy a new one so I'm using this one instead. I bought it at Marshalls I think. It was $4.99. It seems like I have to make sure it's completely dry before I can paint over it. Otherwise it doesn't seem to dry, even with fast drying top coats. 

I better go, it's late and I want to try to get at least one other post up tonight.
